About Us

Shazlnnovation Solution provides Innovation Value Chain (IVC) management support and related training. We measure and help clients manage the interplay between the driving culture, technical knowledge, informal communication structure and behavioral elements. Such a holistic approach allows for more accurate data-driven interventions to be devised. In assisting clients, we work closely with partners adopting ISO56000 guidelines.n

Vision

To provide high value-add innovation management via social data analytic services to multiple firms and organizations so as to optimize their networks and human resources. 

Dr Shazi is currently the Technology Director for ShazInnovation Solution as well as director at STEM4All Makerspace. Prior to joining industry, he was a Mechanical Engineering lecturer at UTP, specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics. In combination with his PhD on Business Management, he is also an expert on Social Data Analytics and Innovation Management. Dr Shazi had 20 years of prior experience managing innovation in PETRONAS, consulting work in Australia and Director at Strand Aerospace for high value industries.
